3D laser center gantry - more than standard
With our PremiumLine we offer a 3D laser processing center for large-volume components. The bridge construction is guided and moved on stable side stands with synchronized servo axes. (Gantry principle) Depending on the requirements, we deliver the drive axes with linear or spindle drives.
The processing optics are controlled as fully flying optics in the 5-axis transformation. Additional axes can be added within the 3D functionality or reconfigured in the transformation levels.
The material flow can be designed flexibly with automatic changing tables. Vertical lifting gates on the front and rear (optional) allow components to be fed in from both sides. With flexible expansion options, the integration of several laser processes, various optical variants, various rotary and swivel axes, and changing table variants, we offer more options than usual standard systems.
Layout of the 3D laser center gantry
Gantry system with movable bridge, which is laterally supported and guided on two solid welded side stands. The bridge is driven by electrically synchronized servomotors. The processing optics are moved and synchronized in all 5-axes (= 5-axis transformation with full-flying optics).
Additional axes can be added within the 3D functionality or reconfigured in the transformation levels. A free beam arrangement, which means that the beam is deflected via mirrors after the coupling of the fiber (fiber does not pivot), undesired movements and interfering contours of the fiber can be avoided.

This means that the machining head can also be rotated endlessly (nx 360 °) during the cutting process.
