Arnold Ravensburg has developed a new special machine for the relatively new process of the Fraunhofer Institute in Dresden Laser direct plating Developed and manufactured. Strip segments are wound onto a cylinder and bonded to it using a laser beam and contact pressure. The cylinders can be approximately 2 meters long and 500 mm in diameter.
The system can be easily reconfigured for various diameters and is suitable for testing the process with a wide range of material combinations. Smaller production runs are also possible.
