WLD-Duo laser system - modular and flexible
The double station is our maximum expansion stage for laser welding of rotationally symmetrical components. 10 NC axes and a possible integration of pressing and heating functions leave all options open. Axial and radial weld seams are possible through automatic, stepless swiveling of the optics. This eliminates the need for complex set-up work. The workpieces can be loaded automatically or by hand thanks to the automatically opening lift gates.
Modular clamping technology
Automatically adjustable counter pressure bearings for shaft machining also allow longer shaft parts to be welded and can be expanded as an option. High and adjustable contact forces of up to 6 t when joining and welding guarantee a safe welding process. The processing optics move to the individual stations by means of an extension arm and, thanks to the swiveling optics head, can process radial and axial weld seams without retooling.
During the construction, we made sure that the laser cell has a compact structure and can be set up as a "single block" machine without dismantling as a unit at the customer's premises in a short time.
Boom system with mobile processing optics
The processing optics move to the individual stations by means of an extension arm and, thanks to the swiveling optics head, can process radial and axial weld seams without retooling.
With the arrangement of the swivel axis for the welding head, both processing stations can be placed close to each other and thus enable a compact machine layout.
An open beam arrangement, which means that the beam is deflected via mirrors after the coupling of the fiber (fiber does not pivot with it), undesired movements and interfering contours of the fiber can be avoided
