LDRS systems
A new LDRS system with high-performance laser was recently delivered to a well-known steel manufacturer in China. The purpose of such systems is the laser treatment of grain-oriented (GO) electrical steel, which causes a so-called domain refinement of transformer sheets and ultimately improves the electrical efficiency of power distribution transformers and thus enables corresponding energy savings.
ARNOLD RAVENSBURG has already delivered several such systems in collaboration with the Fraunhofer IWS Institute from Dresden and well-known laser manufacturers worldwide.
